Partners Shauna Seresin and Mary Knox named their company after Minerva, the Roman goddess of Wisdom and Strategy, because those two qualities inform their business development efforts on behalf of a carefully assembled roster of companies they represent to ad agencies and directly to brands.

Both partners apply their ad agency as well as production/post experience to their ongoing efforts to promote the artists they represent: Mary brings a background as a journalist, copywriter, and managing director at animation, live action, post, and VFX companies; Shauna’s experience includes agency production in London, post production in both London and New York, and music production. She is a member of the Advisory Board of The Commercial Directors Diversity Program (CDDP) and a member of the international organization People of Color Creative (POCC).
